ClueMaster is a cloud hosted escape room management system. It includes a workspace for game masters to operate rooms, media displays for room timers, the ability to send text, audio, and video messages to the room on the connected display. ClueMaster also can connect our product line of network enabled Dry Contact sensors and Network relays that expand your room to automate special effects, lighting, doors, locks, and more.

In today's world, the internet has become a crucial part of our lives and is more reliable than many utilities. However, sometimes unexpected events may disrupt its functioning. To mitigate this risk, we have designed our TV Room Controller devices to function even without an internet connection. In such cases, the escape room game timer will continue to run, and the Room Controller will automate puzzles while staying connected to dry contact sensors and relays. However, you won't have access to track puzzles in the GM workspace until the internet connection is restored.

That's a great question! Our main focus is on business management, puzzle automation, and live game control. While there are many escape room software options available, most of them are just fancy desktop timers with graphics. While that's nice, it doesn't answer important questions such as how many players have played today or what the win/loss ratios are for each location. In addition, if you've spent $50,000 on newly remodeled room props and clues, it's important to know if it was worth the investment or not. Are players enjoying the experience or leaving bad reviews online due to custom built technology issues interrupting the experience? Our beautifully designed modern hardware and software features ensure that the escape room business stays current and competitive.

Certainly! One of our main features is displaying the timer for players. It can be frustrating for players to constantly ask how much time they have left and using an outdated timer isn't very appealing either. To display the countdown timer for your room on a TV, you will need to purchase our TV Room Controller computers. These computers can connect to any TV with an HDMI port and are plugged in via a standard network cable. When connected, our TV Room Controller display will show a countdown timer along with text, audio, and video clues on the screen.

ClueMaster is 100% software as service in the cloud. You only need a modern web browser to use our system.

Absolutely! You can integrate your new or existing electronic puzzles with ClueMaster using our Dry Contact sensors. If your puzzle controller outputs to a 12V maglock, simply add a 12V relay in line with the mag lock. However, be wary of any magnetic EMF surges that may occur and use an induction suppression capacitor or a flyback diode if necessary. When the 12V is removed, the mag lock will unlock, and the relay will open as well. Connect this newly added relay to our network dry contact sensor unit, and you will be able to monitor when the puzzle is solved from the Gamemaster workspace in ClueMaster. If your puzzle controller has a built-in relay that can open and close when solved, it's even better. Connect the relay directly to our dry contact sensor unit.

You can further automate your escape room puzzles by adding our ClueMaster network relay units. These units can be used to remotely control your magnetic locks, lights, motors, and other puzzle elements. Just remove your 12v mag lock and replace it with a standard 12v off/on relay. Then connect the relay to our network dry contact sensor unit. With the ClueMaster network relays, connect your mag lock or other devices. You can now add software automation to monitor the dry contact and perform automated off/on actions on the relays. Whenever the value of the dry contact changes, ClueMaster will send a command to turn on/off the ClueMaster relays, which in turn will open your puzzle. The ClueMaster GM workspace allows remote puzzle activation and provides full escape room oversight for staff.
