What is ClueMaster:

Welcome to your new ClueMaster account. ClueMaster is an Escape Room Management Platform for live in-person escape game business owners and staff. This article will walk you through setting up a new ClueMaster account for the first time.

Getting Started:

1. The first thing we need to set up is your personal (Time Zone) in the user profile settings.
   
   
2. Click the user Profile dropdown at the top right and choose Profile.

1. Then choose your Time Zone and save.
   

1. After setting the user's time zone, it's time to create your first escape room location.
   
   
2. Expand the Account Settings menu on the left navigation bar, and choose Location.
   

1. Open this location by choosing Go to Rooms on the right side.
   
   
2. Create your first escape room by pressing the Create New Room button.

1. Select the Room Settings option from the ellipsis buttons for the room you created.
   
   
2. Now you have created your first escape room in ClueMaster. Name your room and press save. From here you will be able to set up all the options for gameplay in the room settings screens.

TV Timer Display / Room Controller:

These devices are integrated PC appliances that are 100% plug-and-play, remotely managed, and require no configuration. They can be linked to your ClueMaster account to display game timers, send text messages to players, audio clues, video clues, etc. You can purchase them from our online store. With the Room Controller feature, you can connect our product line of dry contact input sensors and relays to automate your escape room puzzle tracking and provide full remote control from the ClueMaster console.
